About Scott Norton
Scott Norton is an entrepreneur turned investor and founding partner of a $300M growth equity fund affiliated with Fidelity Investments, backing disruptive consumer companies. He seeks out creative leadership teams that blend "magic and logic" to build innovative businesses. As founder of N+1 Ventures, Scott has backed over 20 early and growth stage consumer companies, often serving as a strategic advisor or board director. He is also the creator and host of the podcast At Large with Scott Norton, featuring world-class creatives using business as a means to scale. Previously, Scott co-founded and served as CMO and CEO of Sir Kensington's, helping define the premium condiment category before leading its successful acquisition by Unilever in 2017. Scott also co-produced the documentary Fries! and curated the Fries of New York exhibition. He has been named one of Fast Company’s “Most Creative People in Business” and was listed on Forbes' “30 Under 30.” A graduate of Brown University, Scott serves on its Advisory Council on Entrepreneurship and lives in Los Angeles with his family.
